6. Payments

Online counselling sessions must be paid 48 hours in advance

Face-to-face sessions are payable at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed

Fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
Failure to make payment may result in sessions being cancelled or services suspended.
7. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be charged at the full rate unless otherwise agreed

Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

8. Online Sessions
Online counselling is typically delivered via Zoom.
While reasonable steps are taken to ensure privacy and security, no online platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By engaging in online sessions, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
If technical issues occur, reasonable efforts will be made to continue the session by alternative means (such as telephone) where appropriate.
9. Confidentiality and Safeguarding
Confidentiality is a core part of counselling and is explained in detail within the Privacy Policy and Informed Consent.
Confidentiality may be broken where required by law or where there is a serious concern regarding safety.
10. Accessibility
Accessibility information is provided in a separate Accessibility Statement. Clients are encouraged to review this before booking and to discuss any access needs in advance.
11. Intellectual Property
