Weekday Meditation Space

Join me in Weekday Meditation. A quiet, consistent space to begin your day.

This meditation space is a calm, held environment for people who want to build a regular meditation practice without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Held live on Zoom each weekday morning, the space offers protected time to pause, settle, and reconnect — supported by shared presence and gentle accountability.

There is no speaking, no guidance, and no requirement to share. Simply arriving is enough.

How it works:

  • Days: Monday to Friday

  • Time: 6:00am – 6:30am

  • Format: Live on Zoom

  • Structure: Silent meditation throughout

 

You are welcome to meditate in any way that feels right for you — sitting, lying down, eyes open or closed.

Cameras are optional. There is no interaction, discussion, or instruction.

Arrival and Timing:

  • The Zoom room opens at 5:50am for quiet arrival and settling

  • The room is locked at 6:00am

  • The meditation begins at 6:00am, marked by a single cymbal sound

  • The session ends at 6:30am, also marked by a single sound

 

To protect the integrity of the space, participants need to arrive before 6:00am.

What makes this space different:

This is not a meditation class and not therapy.

It is a professionally held practice space, designed to support:

  • Consistency and routine

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Stress reduction

  • Emotional balance

  • Self-accountability

The simplicity of the structure removes pressure and makes the space accessible even on days when energy, motivation, or focus feels low.

Who this is for:

This space may be supportive if you:

  • Want to build or return to a daily meditation habit

  • Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally overloaded

  • Prefer quiet presence rather than guided instruction

  • Value structure without obligation

  • Want gentle accountability without expectation

 

It works well alongside counselling or as a standalone wellbeing practice.

What to expect when you join:

  • A calm, consistent space held live each morning

  • No speaking at any point during the session

  • Camera on or off — entirely your choice

  • Clear start and finish time

  • A steady, contained environment that supports focus and safety

I am present on camera throughout the session to hold the space.

Pricing:

For existing counselling clients

As an optional support alongside therapy:

  • £25 per month

  • Unlimited weekday access (Monday–Friday)

For individuals

(meditation only)

For those accessing the space as a standalone practice:

  • £35 per month

  • Unlimited weekday access (Monday–Friday)

For EAP and organisational referrals

Funded spaces are available for EAPs and organisations supporting employee wellbeing.

  • Pricing available on request

  • Monthly or block-funded options

  • Suitable for preventative and early intervention support

If you represent an organisation or EAP, please get in touch to discuss referral arrangements.

Important notes

  • Sessions are held Monday to Friday

  • The space is not recorded

  • Attendance is flexible — come as often as you wish

  • This service does not replace counselling or mental health treatment

  • Clear boundaries and psychological safety are prioritised

 

About the facilitator

The Weekday Meditation Space is held by Catherine, counsellor and wellbeing practitioner at Relating To You. Catherine supports individuals and organisations through therapeutic work and structured wellbeing spaces grounded in consistency, care, and emotional safety.
